SORRY
Ok so i filmed most of the workout on tuesday last week and it didn’t end so well so i’m not going to make a video out of it as a courtesy to the runners requests. and also b/c i didn’t film the last 2k. But we did have a meet yesterday and so i’m editing that right now and that should be up by the end of the weekend.
