First Indoor Meet of 2009!
Going down to the U of Minnesota for what will be the first meet of the season for most distance runners and the second for most other tracksters on Saturday. Hopefully filming a lot and getting some good footage!

SORRY
Ok so i filmed most of the workout on tuesday last week and it didn’t end so well so i’m not going to make a video out of it as a courtesy to the runners requests. and also b/c i didn’t film the last 2k. But we did have a meet yesterday and so i’m editing that right now and that should be up by the end of the weekend.
TankTop Tuesday
So today we have our first workout as a team back at school. I’m going to film and hopefully get it up tomorrow sometime, depending on my school schedule. Going to edit the Camp footage but its not much running since i ran everyday and it was nearly impossible to film anayways. Stay tuned!

So I haven’t posted anything since the trip to jims in late July, but honestly not much has happened. Jim, cody, kels and myself now live together still on 17th street so we will probably shoot the cribs episode soon. Also the freshman from the team move in tomorrow and then we go to camp from the 16th-23rd which means lots of videos for sure. but yeah just a little update and videos will...

Weekend trip
So tonight Jim, cody, scott, erik hest, mike and myself will be taking a road trip to Jims house in white bear lake, MN. The weekend will consist of going to The Dark Knight in the IMAX theater at the zoo, probably check out the zoo, then a twins game. Maybe some other secret stuff too. Watch out for updates and pics/video early next week.
